a true full-service general contractor, we cover all aspects of
remodeling, including design, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall,
framing and custom trim work.
Our
process starts with a discussion of the design concept and budget.
After developing floor plans and drawings, we work with the designer or
homeowner on decisions such as the choice of wood, hardware and
fixtures. Communication is key: Once the project is in gear, we
routinely keep the homeowner apprised of project status. And at the
project's completion, a final walkthrough with the homeowner ensures
that the job has been completed satisfactorily.
Take comfort in
the knowledge that JMF is a fully insured general contractor, licensed
by the state of New Jersey. We seek all the appropriate permits for our
work and follow all local building codes. We're a member of the New
Jersey Business and Industry Association; Somerset County Business
